The late William ‘Bunny Rugs’ Clark wife is reportedly unhappy with how she has been treated by the remaining members of the Third World Band.
According to a release sent out, the widow, Bouvier Clark has been disrespected by the Third World members in charge of the band’s business affairs.
On July 18, 2014, by order of the District Court of Osceola County in the State of Florida, Mrs. Clark was appointed personal representative of the estate of William Clark a.k.a. “Bunny Rugs” with full power to administer his estate according to law. This court order entitles Mrs. Clark to demand, sue for, recover and receive all property belonging to William “Bunny Rugs” Clark.
According to Clark over the past two years numerous attempts have been made to communicate with members of the Third World band by her and by various attorneys representing her. These included requests for details pertaining to the business arrangements between her deceased husband and the band. Despite several promises, there has been no business arrangement details provided or disclosed, nor has there been any payments or accounting made by the band to the Clark estate.
On the advice of her attorney Mrs. Clark is now preparing to file a law suit against Third World.
