Drake responds to Mr Vegas

Drake responds to Mr Vegas

First it was Popcaan who responded to Vegas’ rant telling him to leave his ‘bro’ alone even though the Heads High singjay was defending him!

Now the target of Vegas’ criticism has responded for himself calling the artiste out on his comments.

Vegas who earlier criticized Drake for not listing dancehall artistes on his latest album even though he sampled their work.

Vegas’ rant received thousands of views, seemingly including that of Drake’s.

The Canadian rapper took to his Instagram account on Sunday to thank fans who came out for his recent performance at Jewel Nightclub. He also took time to throw jabs at Vegas’ hit single Heads High.

“Had to done off Vegas…Y fi di heads high,” he wrote.

That was not all Drake singled out Popcaan’s Instagram page to comment on and like a video that was also aimed at Mr Vegas.

“Wicked, wicked, Wicked…OVO Unruly same ting,” he said.

Drake may have his followers, but there are some loyals who think that Vegas is right and they penned their opinions of Popcaan’s social media account.

“@popcaanmusic this is where you should come together with Mr. Vegas and defend dancehall artistes music instead of trying to war the guy Drake was wrong for what he did and im sure you didnt make much money as Drake did when Controlla drop…..yuh sell out yourself for free now trying to incite a fued with Vegas when he didn’t say nun wrong……In the words of Buju arrogance is much different from ignorance……stop being a clown for chicken or pizza Sell out,” one of the comments on his page.

There was even one aimed at Drake … “Drake your di biggest SAMPLE.. sampling dancehall music using or slangs and not giving credit where it’s due. Mr Vegas was right! U ain’t original.”
