Usain Bolt and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce took time out of their busy schedule to make the children day.
Thanks to their sponsors they were able to treat kids in the communities as well as places of safety.
“Children having fun.. What the season is all about.”
That was what Usain Bolt had to say after the conclusion of a Christmas Treat he hosted in his community.
The Sherwood Content born Bolt treated the children from his hometown to a day of games, gifts and laughs.
While Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce lit up the Waterhouse community with ‘joy and goodwill” to the children.
Hers was made possible due to the generosity of sponsors Digicel, NIKE and Tankweld Metals providing hundreds of toys, bags, footballs, water bottles and caps. Grace Kennedy provided snacks and refreshments for all the children through the Grace Foods brand.
Sherone Simpson, Carrie Russell, Aneisha McLaughlin-Whilby, Julian Forte, Kimberly Williams, Luton Shelton, Kimarie Roach and Peter Matthews were also ones to give back this Christmas when they donated to the Walker’s place of safety last Sunday. They contributed toys and school supplies to the institution.
