Thugs may have taken the life of Reggae singer Luciano’s son, but his family and friends are ensuring that his name will live on through a foundation that is being set up in his name.
Following his funeral the family will settle down and put plans in place to ensure the dream comes to fruition for Menelik McClymont.
“He was too important to us, too special for him to just go like that, so after the funeral we are thinking of starting a foundation in his name,” his step mother Sonia Sterling told the Jamaica Star in an interview.
“I want to maybe do a little show, or something, and donate the funds to this foundation so we can help people affected by acts of violence. We have not thought through how the whole thing will work, but we know we want to do something that people will remember him by,” she shared on the plans she is yet to implement.
The thanksgiving service for Luciano’s son is expected to take place in early April.
