Reggae singer Luciano made an appeal for the culprits who took his son’s life to be brought to justice. It seems his words fell on receptive ears as three suspects have been held and charged by the police for the murder of 19-year-old Menelik McClymont.
The suspects – Jerome Coombs, Kemanie Shaw and Nashlyn Morgan all 18-year-old students were charged on Friday.
The three will appear in court on Wednesday.
Luciano’s son was a student of Maths Unlimited at Parkington Plaza and he was attacked in that vicinity on February 27. He later succumbed to his injuries at the University Hospital of the West Indies.
Luciano has since postponed his tour date promising to reschedule the dates.
